Cardigan have beaten St Dogmaels in the Emrys Morgan Cup quarter final to
set up a semi final with New Quay. The winner of that game will face either Rhayader Reserves or Llanrhaeadr Reserves in the final on Good Friday.
In the League Cup, Llanboidy and Pencader notched up good wins to progress to the semi finals while Bargod impressively beat higher level opposition to do the same. One quarter final remains which will see either Saron or St Dogmaels joining these three teams in the semis.
In Division 1, New Quay got back to winning ways with a tight win over Lampeter; surely it is now a two-horse race for the championship.
Elsewhere, Felinfach failed to capitalise fully on last week's win by losing to Maesglas.
Aberaeron Reserves continue their push for promotion to the first division with a 2-0 win over SDUC while Newcastle Emlyn 3rds kept their hopes of promotion alive by holding Llanybydder to a draw.
In the Reserves Cup, Llanybydder Reserves and Bargod have already claimed their places
in the play off semi finals with Llanboidy needing just one point from two games to progress as well. However, Crannog, Felinfach and Pencader can all still make it.
